About My Clients
My clients are often people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained—sometimes without a clear reason why. They may be navigating anxiety, mood changes, life transitions, or relationship stress, and are looking for a space to slow down and make sense of what they’re experiencing. Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware, and used to “pushing through,” even when things feel heavy. They come to therapy seeking relief, clarity, and a deeper understanding of themselves.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed therapist providing individual therapy in a supportive, collaborative environment. My background includes working with clients navigating anxiety, mood concerns, life transitions, and feelings of being stuck or overwhelmed. My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, blending evidence-based practices with genuine human connection. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and respected as the expert on your own experience. Together, we work to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create changes that feel sustainable and aligned with your values. I’m mindful of pacing and view therapy as a process—not a quick fix—honoring each client’s needs, goals, and lived experience.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that self-understanding is a powerful catalyst for change. When we slow down and approach our experiences with curiosity rather than judgment, new possibilities can emerge. I believe therapy should be a space where all identities are respected and affirmed. I recognize that systemic inequities, discrimination, and marginalization can deeply impact mental health, and I strive to hold these realities with care and curiosity in my work. I take a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach, honoring both the resilience clients carry and the barriers they may face. My goal is to support clients in feeling seen, empowered, and grounded as they navigate healing within both personal and societal contexts. Outside of therapy I’m a Swiftie, a parent, and someone who values curiosity and new experiences—especially through travel and learning about different cultures. And I’ll never say no to a furry friend making an appearance during sessions.
