We'll create a personalized blend of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques tailored to your goals. Together, through meaningful conversations and practical exercises between sessions, (don't worry - we'll never push you beyond your comfort zone), you'll build confidence and master the skills to make real changes in your daily life. Our approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. From the start, we’ll take the time to truly understand your story, clarify your therapy goals, and establish baseline measurements—so we can track your progress in a meaningful way. Together, we’ll uncover the thoughts and behaviors that are holding you back and equip you with the tools to challenge and change them. Step by step, you’ll gain the confidence and skills needed to move forward and create lasting change. All of out counselors are Masters or Ph.D. level experts.
