My Background and Approach
I offer psychedelic assisted therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Brainspotting, and weave in Dialectical Therapy along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I love trees, being in nature and listening to bird song. I love to run and spend time with dogs. I have been a life long vegetarian (since 12 for moral reasons). I love Buddhism and religious stories. I love music and dancing. I am neurodivergent so I am great thinking out of the box, but also understand the exhaustion that comes with all the great ideas.....
