About My Clients
I work with women navigating life transitions, past trauma, and emotional challenges that may leave them feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck. Whether you're adjusting to a new chapter, processing difficult experiences, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, therapy can help you find clarity and move forward. I strive to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe being yourself. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 15 years of mental health experience, providing therapy in California, Nevada, and New York. I help individuals navigate trauma, emotional distress, and life transitions. My compassionate, collaborative approach incorporates evidence-based methods, including EMDR and Brainspotting, to help you process difficult experiences, build coping skills, and create meaningful change. As a bilingual therapist, I offer sessions in English and Spanish. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout your healing journey. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
believe every person deserves to feel heard, respected, and understood. I value compassion, authenticity, and the courage it takes to seek support and make changes in your life. I recognize that each person's experiences and journey are unique, and I approach my work with openness, curiosity, and respect for individual differences. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process where you feel comfortable exploring your experiences without fear of judgment. My hope is to help clients recognize their strengths, reconnect with themselves, and discover new possibilities for healing, growth, and fulfillment.
