I have treated clients with anxiety for over 5 years and enjoy working to help reduce symptoms by teaching concrete techniques as well as examining and reframing root causes of anxiety.

I enjoy helping couples to reduce conflict, have more productive conflict, and communicate better. I am trained in Gottman Relationship Therapy Levels 1 & 2 and enjoy teaching and using these techniques in training to increase relationship satisfaction.

Women face a myriad of issues like shame, guilt, trauma, exhaustion, parenting, and relationship issues and need spaces where they can process. I enjoy journeying with women toward feeling safe empowered and helping them navigate spaces in the world, especially those that have been traditionally male.

I have worked with clients who experience anxiety and panic for over 5 years. I utilize concrete techniques for reducing symptoms as well as helping clients process the root of of their anxiety for overall understanding and empowerment.

I am trained in Levels 1 & 2 of Gottman Relationship Therapy and am certified in Prepare and Enrich for premarital/couples counseling. I explore issues around conflict, infidelity, intimacy, and more with clients and help provide tools and practice to improve communication.

I believe clients come to therapist with their own strengths and experiences that can help reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and stress. Therapists are here to help the client recognize these strengths so they can navigate the challenges they face with confidence.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I think systemically about how issues effect the family. For instance, if a teen and their parent(s) are experiencing conflict, what is everyone's role in that conflict and the family system? How can we unpack and change patterns of communication that may be harmful or passed down generationally? I enjoy helping clients think creatively about conflicts where they might feel stuck.
