It can be difficult to find behavioral health support, and even more challenging to find the RIGHT support. Whether you are at the beginning of a journey, wanting to maintain a current course, or have tried various interventions and now want something different, I may be able to help. I provide comprehensive and holistic treatment for a variety of behavioral health concerns .
My Background and Approach
At CenterMark, we offer client-centered, comprehensive care for a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, OCD and substance use disorders (including suboxone management). We also have extensive experience managing symptoms uniquely related to high-performance tension such as isolation, gifted kid burnout, self-doubt, fear of failure, Illusory post-traumatic growth, and imposter syndrome. We aim to look beyond "what is wrong" and focus on "how can things be better."
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I feel that my greatest strength as a provider is my belief in the idea of progress over perfection. I work with clients to create care plans that support long term improvement and avoid overmedication that can destroy creativity and lead to the "zombie" effect.
