About My Clients
I enjoy supporting adults who struggle with anxiety disorders (GAD/OCD), depression, mood disorders, body image issues, life stress, parental stress, and academic stress. I also treat high performing leaders; specifically, those who need to get back to the basics and reprioritize themselves and their families.
My Background and Approach
I use treatment methods, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy ( DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization Therapy (EMDR). During my internship at Linden Oaks Hospital, I worked extensively with the Adult Anxiety Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), employing ACT and DBT as primary treatment methods. I also specialize in OCD, Trauma, and mood stabilization.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
In building therapeutic relationships, I prioritize empathy, patience, and compassion as essential elements for fostering trust. Together, they serve as the catalyst for genuine change. Creating a warm, inviting, and nonjudgmental environment is my commitment, ensuring individuals feel safe and secure as they embark on their journey of transformation.”
