About My Clients
Do you feel overwhelmed by stress or unsure how to manage everything on your plate? Are life transitions or responsibilities leaving you feeling stuck or uncertain? You’re not alone. I work with children, teens, and adults, including young adults navigating identity and relationships, who want to build confidence, manage emotions, and find clarity. Together, we’ll develop practical tools to help you feel more in control and move forward.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker with over 10 years of experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Morgan State University and my Master of Social Work from Stony Brook University. My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. I work collaboratively with clients to increase self-awareness, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop practical tools for managing stress, relationships, and life transitions. I strive to create a supportive, empowering space where clients feel heard, understood, and equipped to move forward with confidence.
