About My Clients
I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, stress, relationship challenges, behavioral concerns, and life transitions. I also support clients needing recovery services, court-related services, and DOT/SAP-related support.
My Background and Approach
My approach is compassionate, solution-focused, and client-centered. I use evidence-based strategies such as CBT, motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, and trauma-informed care to help clients build healthier coping skills, emotional wellness, and lasting change
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing begins with being seen, heard, and supported without judgment. My work is rooted in compassion, integrity, cultural awareness, and respect for each client’s unique experiences. I am passionate about helping individuals and underserved communities navigate mental health, substance use, trauma, and life transitions with support and practical tools for growth. In addition to my professional work, I am a proud member of Phi Omega Delta Sorority, Inc., where I value sisterhood, service, leadership, and community empowerment. These values continue to influence the care, advocacy, and support I provide to those I serve.
