About My Clients
Does it seem like you are having a hard time dealing with things this season in your life? Struggles with parenting, anxiety, bullying, self-esteem or even just daily life just seems to suck. We all go through tough times at times. Life has challenges that come and knowing when to get help can be a key point. Whatever issues you bring to the session, I understand how overwhelming it can be when life happens and you need to keep going in the midst of it all.
My Background and Approach
Therapy is different for everyone. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques and together we will explore a variety of strategies to effectively assist you. If you or your child needs assistance I am here to help. It is never too late to create a new life for yourself and I am honored to walk alongside you through this journey. I can provide a safe environment where you will feel welcome and free to express yourself. Counseling can include prayer and scripture for those interested, but it is not a requirement.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Whether we take the time to encourage ourselves or someone else is doing it I believe that we can all use some encouragement. A kind word and someone who can be non-judgmental with a listening ear. It is important that we remember to encourage ourselves with love, self-care and investing in ourselves. By taking the time to find the beauty in life and continuing to hope and dream.
