I support adults 18–64 who are navigating anxiety, self‑esteem challenges, life transitions, and the pressure to “keep going” when everything feels hard. Through personalized counseling—and faith‑based support if you choose—we’ll uncover your strength, renew your purpose, and help you shine again.

I tailor therapy to what feels most helpful and realistic for where you are in life. You’ll have space to explore your experiences openly while gaining clarity about the changes you want to make. I use person‑centered, trauma‑informed, and cognitive‑behavioral approaches, with faith‑based support available for those who want it. My goal is to support your growth in a way that aligns with your values and strengths.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Whether we take the time to encourage ourselves or someone else is doing it I believe that we can all use some encouragement. A kind word and someone who can be non-judgmental with a listening ear. It is important that we remember to encourage ourselves with love, self-care and investing in ourselves. By taking the time to find the beauty in life and continuing to hope and dream.
