About My Clients
Do you feel stuck carrying the weight of old wounds, anxiety that won’t let up, or emotions that feel too big to manage? Many of my clients come to me tired of “holding it all together” while feeling overwhelmed inside. Together, we’ll use EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT, and parts work to move past pain, find relief, and build a calmer, more connected life.
My Background and Approach
With over 20 years in the field, I’ve walked alongside children, teens, and adults as they’ve faced anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate and collaborative—I believe therapy works best when we tailor it to your unique needs. I draw on EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT, and parts work, offering a blend of techniques that support both mind and body. In our sessions, you’ll gain practical tools to calm overwhelming emotions, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and better understand how past experiences may still be influencing you. Sometimes that means working with painful memories so they no longer hold the same power; other times it means focusing on what’s happening right now and building skills to manage daily stress. Clients often describe me as warm, direct, and supportive. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe bringing all parts of yourself. Together, we’ll uncover your resilience and help you move toward peace and balance.
