About My Clients
I work with adults and couples who are ready to better understand themselves and create healthier relationships. My clients are high-achieving women who appear to have everything together but privately struggle with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, life transitions, or feeling emotionally exhausted from constantly caring for others. I also help couples improve communication, rebuild trust, deepen emotional connection, navigate life transitions, resolve conflict, and reconnect with intention.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA) with over a decade of experience helping individuals and couples strengthen their relationships and improve emotional well-being. Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years coaching couples and working in leadership development, experiences that continue to shape my collaborative, strengths-based approach to therapy. My work is collaborative and integrative, grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, and trauma-informed care. I believe many of our present-day struggles are connected to earlier experiences, attachment patterns, and the stories we've come to believe about ourselves and our relationships. Together, we'll identify those patterns, process difficult experiences, and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and the people you love. My goal is not to tell you what to do, but to partner with you in discovering what healing, growth, and meaningful change for your unique life
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As someone who has navigated divorce, blended families, remarriage, and transitioning between multiple careers, I believe every person has inherent worth and the capacity to grow, regardless of their past experiences or current circumstances. Healing begins when people feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted without judgment. I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and collaborative environment where clients can be honest about their struggles while also recognizing their resilience. My role is to walk alongside you, offering evidence-based tools, thoughtful questions, encouragement, and accountability as you move toward the life and relationships you desire. For clients who desire it, I am also comfortable integrating Christian faith and spirituality into the therapeutic process. I respect each client's beliefs and tailor therapy to align with their values and goals, creating an approach that feels authentic and meaningful to them.
