At Manifesting Greatness Therapy LLC, we pride ourselves on creating an environment for peace and healing. Our clients are human and encouraged to show up authentically themselves. We also know that it takes time to warm up to someone new and build trust and show vulnerability. We welcome the person that may feel as though they’ve accomplished so much but still feel stuck, or a couple that started off great but then became stagnant or distant and need assistance in getting back to a loving place
My Background and Approach
My goal as a therapist is to work collaboratively with clients and assist them in achieving their goals in every area possible. My style of therapy is eclectic, and I tend to use certain models based on the client’s unique needs. Bowen Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy are just a few of the modalities utilized. I have narrowed down my specialties to include depression, anxiety, and relationship concerns. My ideal clients are individuals who are motivated to heal, become their best selves and create healthy relationships, and couples who are striving to have a fulfilling and supportive relationship.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I, as the therapist encourage change and provide tools to accomplish the unique goals that clients establish. Therapy is not a magical wand, and it takes work. Progress will not happen overnight after one session. It’s important to come with a realistic mindset and motivation to achieve goals. I am here to provide guidance, tools, and an objective perspective. As the therapist I will also provide a non-judgmental environment to develop new healthy habits, face challenges with support, and eliminate stress.
