About My Clients

Do you feel stuck in survival mode, always waiting for the next trigger, tension spike, or emotional spiral? Maybe your body reacts before your mind can catch up—tight chest, racing thoughts, that urge to escape even when you’re “fine.” You’re not broken; you’re overwhelmed and tired of carrying it alone. I help clients heal trauma and anxiety through grounded, holistic, mind–body work so you can feel safer, calmer, and more in control again.

My Background and Approach

I’m a holistic, trauma-informed counselor with a strong foundation in mind–body healing and integrative wellness. My work is rooted in understanding how the nervous system, emotions, and past experiences shape how you feel and respond today. I use evidence-based therapy, somatic awareness, and practical tools to help clients move out of survival mode and into a place of safety, clarity, and empowerment. My experience includes supporting adults through trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, relationship challenges, identity transitions, and the patterns that feel impossible to break alone. I bring a calm, grounded presence to the work, offering a space where you can slow down, understand what’s happening inside your body, and begin to untangle old stories and reactions. My goal is always the same: to help you heal at the root, reconnect with yourself, and build emotional freedom that lasts beyond the therapy room.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I’m a trauma-informed, holistic counselor who believes in healing that honors the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, creating inclusive, affirming spaces is central to my work. I value compassion, accessibility, and meeting people exactly where they are without judgment. I’m passionate about supporting marginalized voices, breaking generational patterns, and helping clients reconnect with their bodies, their truth, and their sense of safety. Social justice, mental health advocacy, and community care guide the heart of my practice. Outside of the therapy room, my work through The Healing Haus reflects these values—offering education, resources, and holistic tools that support collective healing and emotional freedom.
