About My Clients
I provide therapy for adults, adolescents, and children navigating a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, family conflict, grief, and self-esteem issues.
My Background and Approach
My approach integrates psychodynamic insight with cognitive behavioral strategies, helping clients better understand the underlying patterns that shape their thoughts, emotions, and relationships—while also building practical tools for change. I have worked with individuals who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, family stress, or emotional dysregulation. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, client-centered framework that prioritizes safety, trust, and collaboration. I tailor my approach to each individual’s developmental stage and unique needs—whether helping a child express themselves through play, guiding a teen through identity and relational challenges, or supporting an adult in unpacking long-standing patterns and healing from past experiences. I have experience working with BIPOC and neurodiverse clients, and I strive to honor each person’s unique identity, background, and lived experience.
