My Background and Approach
I received a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy and Master’s in Education with a specialization in child development. I am currently pursing licensure in professional counseling and specialize in relationship and family issues. I have over 20 years’ experience advocating for youths and disadvantaged populations while being the vessel for the unheard and empowering those wanting to be heard. The clinical modality taken is an integrative, holistic, and strength-based systemic approach. My passion is to collaboratively help you in your journey to healing and discovery. I am influenced by CBT, Experiential, Narrative and Existential techniques to assist in overcoming barriers associated with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and relational distress.
