About My Clients
Do you sometimes feel afraid or down and that is keeping you from being the best you? Have you had an anxiety attack out of nowhere? I know exactly what you are going through and anxiety, stress, and worry can be terrifying and overwhelming. I specialize in helping children, teens, couples, adults and families who are dealing with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, life transitions, and relationship issues.

My goal for you is to develop the strategies/techniques that you can carry with you at all time. So yo can walk with confidence where ever you go, You will have access to discreet exercises that can quickly create relief. I am direct and solution focused. We'll will work together to address the stress that is keeping you from being the best you. We'll start with what's going on in the moment and how to get control and get rid of anxiety and depression .
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My treatment model involves a holistic approach which includes person centered, solution focused, CBT, DBT, ACT and other evidence-based interventions.
