About My Clients
Do you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break? Maybe your thoughts won’t slow down, your mood feels heavy, or you’re trying to hold it together while everything feels like too much. You’re not alone. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD, helping you better understand yourself and build real tools to feel more in control and at peace.
My Background and Approach
My approach is supportive, direct, and focused on helping you create real change in your everyday life. I don’t just listen. I help you build tools you can actually use when things feel overwhelming. In our work together, we’ll focus on what’s going on right now while also exploring the deeper patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or ADHD, I’ll help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so you can feel more in control. I use evidence-based approaches, such as CBT, along with practical coping strategies to help you manage emotions, improve focus, and build confidence. My goal is for you to leave sessions with skills you can use in real-life situations, not just during therapy. I also believe therapy should feel like a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be honest and feel supported while doing the work to grow and heal.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a safe, non-judgmental space where people can show up as they are and feel truly seen and heard. I value authenticity, compassion, and meeting clients where they are without pressure or shame. I am passionate about supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and creating a space where everyone feels respected and understood. My work is rooted in helping clients build confidence, develop self-awareness, and create meaningful change in their lives.
