About My Clients

My ideal clients are individuals seven years old and older who feel stuck and want to move forward in their lives to achieve the life they envision for themselves. I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling to overcome grief, loss, negative thoughts, or suicidal thoughts. I want to assist my clients in finding their path to peace, at their pace, and when they are ready.

My Background and Approach

I am passionate about helping those experiencing suicidal thoughts, thoughts of self-harm, and psychosis. I’m committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can talk openly about all thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear. I’ve provided care for clients aged seven and up, always striving to meet everyone where they are with kindness and respect. I’m particularly interested in how culture and spirituality shape who we are, and I aim to honor and respect each person’s unique background and identity. About my education and experience: In 2018, I started my journey to support people through their healing. I have worked with people who are experiencing suicidal thoughts, thoughts of self-harm, hallucinations, delusions, behavioral concerns, grief, recovery from domestic violence, and a range of mental health concerns. In 2022, I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that every interaction is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. My hope is to leave people with a sense of hope, resilience, and the understanding that life can improve, even in difficult times. After years of my own personal therapy just not doing the trick to help reduce my anxiety, I was diagnosed with AuDHD (in my late 20s). Shortly after that, I was diagnosed with a chronic illness that had shaped and impacted not just my life but my perspective and understanding of life's challenges. Raised in a Christian household, I chose to study at Colorado Christian University to explore how faith and culture shape mental health. I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients of all backgrounds can heal, grow, and find resilience—whether they are navigating harm from their upbringing, drawing strength from faith, or seeking personal growth outside of religion.
