About My Clients
You may be dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, substance use, life changes, or simply feeling stuck. You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting counseling. I want you to have a space where you can be yourself, feel heard, and talk openly without judgment. Together, we’ll take things one step at a time and focus on what matters most to you.
My Background and Approach
My approach is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in both counseling and psychology. In addition to my clinical training, I am a professor in the Psychology Department at Nevada State University and have taught more than 35 undergraduate psychology courses. That experience has shaped the way I work with clients. I value helping people understand not only what they are experiencing, but why certain patterns develop and what they can do differently moving forward.
