About My Clients
Worrying all the time is exhausting. You may feel overwhelmed, emotionally worn out, or like you’re carrying too much for too many people. Maybe anxiety, guilt, stress, relationship struggles, or life changes have made it harder to feel like yourself. You do not have to keep figuring it all out alone. Together, we can create space to breathe, build steadier coping tools, and help you feel more grounded, connected, and hopeful again.
How I Can Help You
Life can feel heavy when you’ve been carrying too much for too long. Maybe you’re exhausted from worrying, overwhelmed by responsibilities, struggling in relationships, or trying to keep going while quietly falling apart inside. Therapy with me is a space where you do not have to perform, have all the answers, or hold everything together alone. My approach is warm, practical, and strengths-based. Together, we can slow things down, make sense of what’s weighing on you, and build coping tools that actually fit your real life. I believe healing happens through feeling understood, supported, and gently challenged in ways that help you reconnect with yourself and move forward with more steadiness and hope.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when people feel emotionally safe, respected, and genuinely understood. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in real life. I value authenticity, humor, curiosity, and creating a space where people can show up as they are without feeling judged or pressured to “have it all together.” I enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences, including LGBTQ+ clients, caregivers, veterans, helping professionals, and people navigating major life transitions. Outside the therapy room, I love dogs, coffee, music, porch conversations, and finding moments of joy and connection even during difficult seasons of life.
