With over 9 years of experience as a yoga teacher, I bring a body-centered approach to my counseling work. I have training in expressive arts therapy and I am passionate about integrating mind+body awareness with creativity to support mental well-being. I believe the creative process to be a powerful tool in healing and I often incorporate different expressive arts modalities including, but not limited to, writing, dance, movement, poetry, visual journaling, painting, and drawing. The counseling process with me will contain an experiential element and won't be limited to only talking about your problems. I am here to support you and guide you in reconnecting to your body and your own creative process, in whatever season of life you are in.
