If you've done lots of personal growth work, and you're looking for something different, I'd love to help. I work with outside-the-box individuals and couples to support you as you make shifts in your thinking.
My Background and Approach
Every session and every client is unique. I meet you where you are, always starting by creating a safe space where you know you can be yourself and feel heard and understood. My orientation is relational and strengths-based. I use many change techniques, which at times include ACT, IFS, Person-centered, EFT, and Rapid Resolution Therapy. We can talk about what would work best for you.

It all comes down to our relationship with self and others. I believe it is always possible to grow and change.
