About My Clients
I work with kids, teens, and adults facing anxiety, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Many feel stuck, overwhelmed, or misunderstood. Some are survivors of domestic violence seeking safety and healing. Together, we focus on building confidence, improving coping skills, and navigating personal growth.
My Background and Approach
I’ve always known I was meant to help others, and becoming a therapist has allowed me to do just that. I’m passionate about helping people heal, grow, and feel like the best versions of themselves. I work with kids, teens, and adults on ADHD, anxiety, autism, life transitions, school issues, relationships, and trauma. I am also dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic violence. With a background as a school social worker and education in play therapy, motivational interviewing, CBT, and EMDR, I take a person-centered approach to help clients build resilience and find what works for them.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has the potential to heal and grow, no matter their past. As someone with ADHD and anxiety, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to manage overwhelming emotions, but I also know that with the right support and tools, it is possible to regain control and build resilience. Having worked through EMDR in my own therapy, I understand how powerful this approach can be in healing trauma. I also know the importance of creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can work through difficult feelings at your own pace. I am committed to supporting each individual’s unique journey and providing a compassionate space for healing.
