Life is a journey. Sometimes, that journey becomes too difficult and has many bumps in the road, I help navigate the journey and getting through those bumps. I help you understand why you are reacting and feeling the way you are and learning ways to transform those reactions that better serve you. Likewise, I help you understand your life so that you can navigate it better according to whatever goals and difficulties you are facing.
My Background and Approach
My approach and education is mainly psychodynamic but I can be as eclectic as the client needs me to be. I try to meet them where they are and always try to work as a team, the client leading the way.
