My goal is to provide a safe, warm, and authentic space for you. A place for you to reflect on your experiences, process your emotions, and gain insight into your patterns. Together we will challenge the patterns that no longer serve you while building new ones that align with who you want to be.
My Background and Approach
We all struggle to maintain balance as we navigate different stages in our life. While we can't change the experiences of our past, we have the ability to change our circumstances when we can learn new and positive ways to approach life's challenges. Whether you're struggling with relationships, navigating life transitions, feeling overwhelmed by depression or anxiety, or trying to overcome trauma, I'd like to help you feel less stuck and more empowered to live a healthier, more meaningful life. With children I am creative and engaging, often encouraging play to help them process and comprehend difficult issues in a way that is attainable while also learning healthy coping skills.
