About My Clients
Have you spent years surviving but never truly felt like you've had the opportunity to heal? Perhaps you're tired of overthinking, people-pleasing, second-guessing yourself, or carrying wounds from relationships, family, or past experiences. You want to feel more confident, connected, and comfortable being your authentic self. Together, we can explore what's keeping you stuck and create a path toward healing, growth, and lasting change.
My Background and Approach
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change. My approach is collaborative, affirming, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we will explore the challenges bringing you to therapy, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools to help you move forward. I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strengths-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, strengthen coping skills, increase self-awareness, build resilience, and create lasting change both inside and outside of therapy. As an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I am committed to providing a safe, culturally responsive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can show up as your authentic self and work toward the life you want to create.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing is possible for everyone, regardless of what they have experienced or where they are in their journey. I don't believe people are broken or defined by their past. I believe that with support, self-reflection, and a willingness to grow, meaningful change can happen at any stage of life. I believe many of our struggles are connected to the messages we've learned about ourselves, our relationships, and our worth. Over time, those messages can shape how we see ourselves and the world around us. The good news is that unhealthy patterns and beliefs can be challenged, healed, and replaced with healthier ones. As a therapist, I value authenticity, compassion, and creating a space where people feel safe enough to be themselves. I proudly provide LGBTQIA+ affirming and culturally responsive care. My goal is to help clients recognize their strengths, embrace their identities, and build lives that align with their values. I believe growth is possible, healing is real, and
