About My Clients

My Background and Approach
I provide individual and couples therapy specializing in the treatment of trauma. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and trained in TFCBT and EMDR. I also provide life coaching and consultation services as needed. As a solution focused therapist utilizing a holistic perspective my goal is to help you unlock solutions to your problems, heal from your traumatic experiences, uncover your true potential and lead a life that you believe is worth living. I won’t be able to help you change difficult situations of the past; but we will work together to better understand those challenges and gain the strength to move past them. By applying therapy approaches and techniques that are proven effective we will modify negative thinking and behavioral patterns that are holding you back from your ideal self.
