About My Clients
I want my clients to be able to tell their own unique story and build a confident and peaceful life. I believe that people need a safe place to express themselves. I work together with my clients as they make choices to better their life. I offer a Sliding scale of $175-$250. Insurance is accepted: Aetna, Cigna, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, Oxford, Oscar, United Healthcare
My Background and Approach
I work together with client to reach their goals. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other forms of therapy to help clients reach their goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I make therapy a safe space for clients to express their own unique desires and outlook on life. If a client wishes to discuss faith spirituality or whatever they believe about life, there is freedom to do that. I offer traditional therapy and I also offer Christian counseling. It is the clients choice.
