For the past 14 years, my focus has been to help people get rid of anxiety, depression, and other behavioral struggles. I have attended countless training that taught attendees leading-edge techniques. Techniques I want to equip you with that you can utilize when experiencing distress through the use of a variety of counseling approaches, e.g., Behavioral, Cognitive, Psychodynamic therapies. We will look at many aspects of your life to ensure that you can gain the most of our time together. As an eclectic counselor, I draw from the many years of graduate work, clinical training, and work experience. In our sessions, I do offer a ton of support, which ensures you feel safe within our space. A point I don’t want to look over is I may provide direct feedback and ideas and possibly challenging thoughts or beliefs that may hinder our progress. It has been my experience that most appreciate how this feedback makes it more apparent that you hold the keys to your breakthroughs.
