You may have many interests or become stressed when trying to figure out your budget and finances. Together we will explore and develop a plan using your skill set, strengths, interests, things you don't enjoy, and more.

I will guide you to be more self-awareness, empower you to explore your feelings and thoughts independently, and be able to tap into your inner resources to self-sustaining. It is not about providing direct advice or solutions.

Everyone expresses themselves differently and you should use a medium that feels comfortable and resonates with you and how you are feeling in that moment. Whether it's writing, painting, drawing, making a collage or vision board, crafting something, etc.
