My Approach to Helping
You're beyond tired of telling and retelling your story and not getting any better. I am a firm believer that a body-mind approach is the most effective way to treat trauma. Your trauma story is embedded in your body and releasing trauma from the body means that once it's released, it's gone. Your past is in the rear view mirror where it belongs and you're finally free to turn your attention to all the areas in your life you want to thrive.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Trauma is not something you have to learn to live with for the rest of your life. Everyone has the inherent ability to heal, thrive, and grow. Those with trauma histories have often lived with despair and hopelessness that they cannot get better and the good news is they can and they will.
