I work with individuals, couples and families experiencing a wide variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationships difficulties, career and vocational concerns. My clinical interests are unlimited although, I have special interest in couples and group therapy, depression, anxiety, career counseling, stress and trauma-related concerns.
My Background and Approach
I have an integrated, holistic theoretical approach to therapy which is person-centered and interwoven with other approaches that best suit the needs of the individual. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Gottman Couples therapy (Level 1 certified), Solution-Focused therapy, CBT, Trauma Focused-CBT and TBRI for children.
