My Background and Approach
LaKesha approaches clinical practice using a holistic and integrative approach including, but not limited to, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, strength based, family systems, and other modalities to ensure clients' individualized needs are met. LaKesha is also a Certified TF-CBT National Roster practitioner and an EMDR Certified Therapist. I am looking forward to assisting you on your journey of happiness, growth and healing.
