About My Clients
I enjoy supporting adults, teens (16+), young adults, and college students as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. I have a special passion for Black mental health and wellness, and I am especially honored to work with Black teens, Black women, mothers, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
My Background and Approach
As a holistic therapist, I offer somatic & mindfulness techniques to assist clients in nervous system regulation, developing coping skills, and encouraging connection between the mind and body. I provide a compassionate and nonjudgmental space for individuals who are ready to explore growth, balance, and emotional well-being. My focus areas include anxiety, life adjustments, self-care, navigating postpartum, building confidence, and emotional regulation. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy, allowing each session to meet you where you are and provide guidance towards healing.
