I have a passion for helping people through their healing process. I have several years of therapeutic experience and have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, various mood disorders, adjustment disorders, stress, addiction, and family issues.

My approach to therapy is person centered. I believe in providing a safe space when discussing concerns, thoughts, feeling and emotions. I embrace modalities that include, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
