About My Clients
I work with adults navigating life transitions and the changes that come with them. You may be adjusting to a shift in a relationship, career, identity, or direction, or simply feeling unsure about what comes next. I welcome clients who want a space to slow down, better understand themselves, and explore what feels meaningful to them. My goal is to meet you where you are and support you in finding a path forward that feels authentic to you.
My Background and Approach
I am a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern and earned my master’s degree from Simmons University. My approach is rooted in humanistic, person-centered therapy, with an emphasis on empathy, acceptance, authenticity, and the therapeutic relationship. I believe you are the expert on your own experience, and I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself and exploring what matters to you. I work primarily with adults navigating life transitions, including changes in relationships, career, identity, and direction. I also draw from different therapeutic approaches and tailor our work to your individual needs, goals, and experiences. My hope is to provide a space where you can better understand yourself, feel supported, and move toward the changes that feel meaningful to you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe you are the expert of your own life. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, reflect, and better understand the experiences that have shaped who you are and where you are today. I believe that our emotions have something to tell us, and that understanding ourselves with greater compassion can create space for meaningful change. I have always been drawn to helping others and creating spaces where people feel seen and heard. I strive to bring empathy, curiosity, and openness into my work and to meet each person with respect for their unique experiences, values, and perspectives.
