Life can be crazy great, yet crazy HARD! Sometimes, despite your best efforts, things don't go as planned. In fact, sometimes life gets completely out of control. Like now. Right? Otherwise you wouldn't be taking this difficult step of seeking help. You aren't sure what happened or what went wrong, but you are sure that this isn't what you thought this season of your life would look like.
My Background and Approach
Our 1st session of therapy won't fix the problems or make them go away...in fact, our 5th session likely won't make the problem go away either, but it will help you find the answers, courage & strength within yourself to keep going and heal. What makes me so sure you CAN get through this? Because you haven’t gotten to this point without conquering hard times. And, you've done enough self reflection to recognize that it's time. Time to be brave and time to address your struggles. My role is to guide you along your journey, teach proven skills and help you identify self-made stumbling blocks.
