My Background and Approach
Our perceptions are often what lead to our reality. Depression and Anxiety are often the result of faulty perceptions and negative core beliefs about ourselves, others and our circumstances. As I get to learn who you are and more about your story, it will allow me to identify errors or contradictions in your own thought patterns. Together, we will work to identify these patterns and help you correct, modify and improve them.
