Seeking help is an act of courage. I have the honor of helping individuals, couples, and families prioritize relational healing so they can move through pain and flow towards the life they dream of living. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, couple's issues, and life transitions.
My Background and Approach
My approach is to meet you right were you are with warmth, safety, and compassion. I ask questions to reach the "rock bottom" of your pain and walk with you into neglected emotional territory. I address your issues as a trusted healer, not a detached expert with a list of solutions. Together, we create pockets of safety that restore your well-being. I work from an attachment-based, psychodynamic orientation. That means I'm interested in your past, present, and future as potential groundwork for your healing. I view our relationship as the catalyst for change that empowers you and strengthens your capacity to recover from pain.
