Humanistic practices can create a safe and supportive environment, empowerment, explore underlying trauma, & promote self-care practices toward your healing.

We will collaborate together by identifying the patterns of abuse and trauma and how this impacts your mental health and well-being. The tools I will provide you with consist of mindfulness practices, breathing techniques, and grounding exercises to help you develop healthy coping skills when sudden anxiety and fear arise. We will address any of your feelings, thoughts, and emotions in an environment where you feel safe and heard.
