About My Clients
Poor emotional regulation, difficulty communicating, depressive episodes, excessive anxiety, panic attacks, flashbacks, self-harm or suicidality are just a few of the obstacles my clients face. I help clients learn to identify and express emotions, implement healthy coping strategies, and improve overall quality of life. My Background and Approach
I have great experience working with clients struggling with anxiety disorder, depressive disorders, trauma disorders, autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, bipolar disorder, and more. My specialties are cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance & commitment therapy, and nutritional & integrative interventions for Mental Health Disorders. I help clients identify how their thoughts impact their feelings and behaviors while living within their values.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My personal therapeutic belief is to hold a space for clients to share their hurts, process their emotions, and do so in a nonjudgmental way. I want each client I interact with to know that they are deeply cared for. I value helping individuals develop healthy lifestyle habits to decrease negative symptoms of mental health. I value working alongside my clients to develop treatment plans and treatment plan goals. We need to develop a strong alliance of trust and security so that you can find healing in your life. I also utilize Christian counseling upon request of clients.
