Let's be real: being a human in 2024 is exhausting. I am passionate about helping folks to find their way back to inner calm, deeper connection with others, and true fulfillment in life. My clients often come to therapy carrying the weight of the past and struggling to control painful emotions or behaviors. My goal as a clinician is to create a gentle space for you to to work toward emotional healing so that you can discover joy in life once again.
My Background and Approach
I work with folks struggling with: - Trauma, including religious trauma, betrayal wounds, and narcissistic abuse - Intimacy issues (sexual pain, addictions, desire/arousal concerns) - Women's health (Post-partum depression, hormonal concerns, people pleasing, burnout) My practice is trauma-informed and LGBTQIA+ affirming. I have advanced training in trauma (EMDR) and intimacy issues. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
