About My Clients
My clients are typically between the ages of 18 and 57, all genders, and all sexualities. Most of the time my clients are either diagnosed or undiagnosed Autistic, ADHD, CPTSD, or DID. I do occasionally have a simple case of Anxiety.
My Background and Approach
My main modalities are Ego State therapy and EMDR. (Ego state therapy is Internal Family Systems, except there is no "core" self. But if my clients prefer, I can assign one part as the "core".) Most of the time my clients prefer to start out with CBT as we build trust, and I'm perfectly fine with that. We will go at your pace, and you'll tell me what you want when you are ready. If you never are, at least I helped you practice keeping emotional boundaries.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My personal beliefs don't matter in therapy. It's your beliefs that matter.
