My Background and Approach
I specialize in trauma and relationships. I believe that the past can make relationships way harder than they have to be. I use EMDR, somatic experiencing, emotionally focused therapy, yoga therapy, and a variety of trauma modalities based in mindfulness to help you clean up your past and get you feeling more connected in your life. I will help you get out of destructive relationship patterns and feel more like yourself again.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that it is possible to undo the messes of the past. So many of us have experienced heartache, deep loneliness, painful isolation, and the sting of worthlessness. This pain often goes unnoticed, unaddressed, and unseen. We may begin to wonder if anyone really cares or if it's even worth it to go on. Without other people, life is full of suffering. We need fulfilling connection to get through and I believe it is possible for each person to find that. Life doesn't have to be so hard.
