About My Clients
Do you feel like you’re always trying to keep up—with school, work, or everyone else’s expectations? Do you struggle to set boundaries without feeling guilty? Are you tired of feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or misunderstood? Many of my clients are high-achieving teens, private school students, or adults carrying heavy pressure from relationships, school, or work. They come to therapy looking for relief, understanding, and practical tools to live a life that feels aligned with their values.
My Background and Approach
I’m an LCSW with experience in outpatient, community, and school-based settings. My approach is integrative, trauma-aware, and grounded in practical skill-building. I draw from CBT & DBT for coping skills and emotional regulation, Collaborative Problem Solving to understand behavior through a brain-based lens, Attachment work to help shift long-standing relational patterns, Strengths-based and solution-focused techniques to build confidence, Boundary and communication coaching for healthier relationships, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you build a life guided by your values rather than your fears.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe: ✨ People do well when they can, and skills—not shame—create change. ✨ You don’t need to “fix” every thought; you can learn to hold them lightly. ✨ Therapy is most effective when it’s a collaboration, not a lecture. ✨ Boundaries are a form of self-respect and relational safety. ✨ Anxiety is not a flaw—it’s a signal asking to be understood. ✨ Teens thrive when they feel genuinely seen, validated, and empowered. ✨ A values-led life is more sustainable than a perfection-driven one. ✨ Growth comes from compassion plus action—not pressure. My goal is to help you feel grounded, capable, and connected—to yourself, your relationships, and the life you truly want.
