About My Clients
I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, emotions, and relationship struggles. You might feel overwhelmed, stuck, or just not like yourself. If you're looking for a therapist who will support you without judgment and hold space for the hard stuff, I’m here to help you explore your challenges and move toward a more fulfilling, grounded version of your life.
My Background and Approach
With a background in child welfare, IDD support, career coaching, and trauma advocacy, I bring a wide lens to therapy. I’ve worked as a child maltreatment investigator, foster care developer, adoption/pregnancy advocate, life-skills trainer, and supervisor for individuals with dual diagnoses. I specialize in working with the neurodivergent community, trauma survivors, and those impacted by domestic violence, suicide, and neglect. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and trauma-informed. I don’t believe you need fixing—you deserve space to be understood and supported. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts and emotions, build resilience, and move at your pace toward change and healing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and valued—without needing to fit into a mold. I honor each person’s lived experience and identity, and I’m committed to creating a safe, affirming space for healing. I believe in advocacy, equity, and the power of human connection to foster meaningful change.
