I understand that reaching out for support can be difficult, but I encourage you to go ahead and do so. You deserve to be seen, heard, and supported on your journey.
My Background and Approach
I support clients in achieving their goals through strengths based, trauma informed, and culturally aware therapeutic relationship. I am trained in Psychodynamic Therapy, EMDR, and Brainspotting. Together we can figure out what modalities best fit you and your goals. I am committed to providing a safe, authentic, inclusive space that facilitates the healing process. And I am committed to continued learning, my own personal work, and self care so that I can bring my best to our work together.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am particularly passionate about providing inclusive support for those who have struggled to find affirming mental health care. I believe we are all capable of healing and of fulfilling relationships. Many of us have developed coping mechanisms and beliefs about ourselves that may have been helpful for us at one point in time, but that now cause us frustration, pain, and feelings of being stuck. We can work together to identify these narratives and patterns that no longer serve you and to learn ways of being that are more authentic to you.
