My Background and Approach
Uprise Psychological Wellness is a telehealth-based therapy practice committed to providing accessible mental health services in the comfort of your own space. We enjoy helping individuals (children, families, adolescents, and adults) explore patterns impacting their relationships, finding ways to manage stressful situations, and exploring their emotions and behaviors to help make significant improvements in their lives. We provide trauma-informed care to treat a variety of clinical presentations with different age groups. At Uprise, we enjoy helping individuals identify, address, and change intergenerational patterns. We use a collaborative and integrative approach in our treatment. Our team has combined experience in treating children, adolescents, young adults, and adults with a variety of concerns. Some of the modalities our team is trained in include, Trauma Focused - CBT, CBT, Parent Child Interaction Therapy, Child Parent Psychotherapy, and MAP.
