My Background and Approach
I have been practicing the art of counseling for over 5 years, and have experience working with children, adults, and families. As a military spouse and counselor, I also have experience working with military members and their families! I specialize in assisting individuals move through life transitions like grief, career changes, and reintegration into society after incarceration using my down-to-earth personality and culturally appropriate techniques.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone deserves to experience their own definition of peace in life. No matter what may be going on, we all should know how to keep our peace. I can help you find those skills and tools needed to maintain a peaceful life. I specifically have an interest in social justice and helping people navigate through tough times. I also believe that processing traumas helps to find and keep that internal peace as well.
